Practice Schedule for Week of January 23rd-29th
Practices will be the same this week (December 16th-22nd) including Saturday, December 22nd. Next week (December 23rd-29th) practices will be held on December 27th, 28th, and 29th at 2:00pm (this is our only access time to the shed). The following week might be the same or slightly different. Tara will let athletes know for the first week of January.

The city has just advised us that the track is still closed. There is no practice tonight.

Sun Run Results
Congratulations to Lawrence Viola and Brendan Wong who both cracked the top 100 at the 2012 Sun Run. Lawrence led the way running 33:08 for the 10km and finished 31st (1st in his age group) in a field of more than 48 000. Brendan was not far behind in 65th place (4th in his age group) in a time of 34:59. The two seventeen-year olds have both accepted athletic scholarships to Simon Fraser University.
Cheetahs Win at Vegas
Congratulations to the Coquitlam Cheetah athletes and coaches who attended the Las Vegas Track Classic on March 24, 2012.
After a strenuous training camp, athletes competed at the Track Classic where they achieved many personal bests and brought home 12 medals, including:
