New Cheetah athletes of all ages are invited to be fitted for a uniform on Tuesday April 30th. Fittings and sign-outs will be available from 5:45pm until approximately 7:30pm, at the shed near the high jump / javelin area.
NOTE:
- A uniform consists of 3 pieces: competition singlet, jacket and pants.
- Uniforms are not purchased, but are provided by the Cheetahs for use while representing the club.
- A $100 deposit is required to sign out a uniform, which will be kept on file for as long as the athlete continues to register with the Cheetahs. There are no fees to exchange uniforms seasonally (or at any time) when they are out-grown or when transitioning from the Junior Development program.
- The deposit will be refunded at the end of the athlete’s tenure with the Cheetahs when the last-signed-out uniform pieces are surrendered.
Returning athletes who still need to exchange current uniform items can also attend on this date.
Athletes not re-registering this season can surrender their uniform items too. Please ensure all items are surrendered so that a refund can be issued. Most refund cheques will be provided at the time of surrender.
All Junior Development athletes will have the opportunity to sign out uniforms before the first event of the season – the Norwesters Elementaries meet May 4th and 5th. Returning and new athletes who need uniform items for this event are highly encouraged to attend on Tuesday as this is the last scheduled uniform date prior to the event. If anyone is completely unable to make this date or the scheduled time frame on this date, please contact Lauren to see if alternate arrangements can be made:
