Coquitlam Cheetah Banquet Nov 15

Banquet date: November 15, 2025. Please RSVP no later than Nov 8th

This year's Cheetah Banquet will be held on Saturday, November 15th, 2025 at the Dogwood Pavilion (Mike Butler Room), 624 Poirier Street, Coquitlam. Doors will open at 6:30pm with dinner and awards to follow at 7:00pm.

All athletes (registered before September 1st) and coaches are free of charge. The cost for parents, friends, and family is $35 per person as well as for those athletes who registered on/after September 1st 2025. Please pay by cash or cheque at the door on November 15th or via e transfer (cheetahs.treasury@gmail.com). If you would like to attend, please email Nicholas Ayin (nicholasayin0@gmail.com) with the following information:

Number of athletes/coaches attending (no charge)

Number of parents/guardians/additional family members/friends attending - $35 per person (pay by cash or cheque at the door on November 15th or e transfer: cheetahs.treasury@gmail.com

If you are going to etransfer, please put in the comment section of the etransfer ALL of the people that the money is covering. If you do not provide this information, we will not know who has paid and you may be asked to pay again at the door.

REQUEST FOR PHOTOS

As with past banquets, we are planning on having a 5-10 minute slideshow showing the athletes, coaches, and volunteers during this past season. If you have any pictures you would like to share, please send them to this email address (makraqself1107@gmail.com) please note that:

(a) due to the number of athletes, coaches, and volunteers, please only send one picture (or maybe two) of your (or other athletes) for each event that you have a picture of. That is, please don't send 5 photos of the same athlete competing in the same event. But please feel free to send 5 photos of the same athlete competing in 5 different events,

(b) if you have photos of other athletes, coaches, or volunteers, please send them along too- it's quite hard some years to get photos of all the athletes,

(c) where possible, please make sure the photo is at least 1000 pixels wide or tall (hint: if the file size is less than 0.5MB or 50OKB it's likely too small to display), and

(d) please identify the athlete(s) in the picture(s) in your email.

Please send your photos NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 9.
