Nathan George Races to Silver Medal at Canadian Track and Field Championships

Nathan George led the way for the Coquitlam Cheetahs in Ottawa at the Canadian Track and Field Championships this past weekend. Entering the meet Nathan was ranked 5th in Canada but ran to a seasonal best time in the final to secure the silver medal. Nathan is a two time Canadian champion and is a member of the mixed relay 4x400m team that set the Canadian record at the World Relay Championships in China this past spring.
Delaney Self hurdled to a 7th place finish in the U20 100m hurdles in a personal best time. She was also 11th in the 400m hurdles. Her sister Makenna ran a huge personal best of 12.04 seconds in the 100m and finished 15th. She also jumped to an 11th place finish in the U20 long jump. Robin Rohu, competing in her first Senior Nationals, finished 7th in the 400m hurdles.
